Lainie Pahos
Cooking has been a lifelong passion of mine, inspired by countless hours spent in the kitchen with my parents and grandmother (Maca).
In 2021, after a year of living a plant-foward lifestyle, I wanted to fully embrace veganism with a personal challenge: to recreate my family’s most cherished recipes—especially Maca’s legendary mac & cheese—without animal products. When I finally crafted a vegan version that tasted just as good (if not better!) than the original, I knew I was all in.
Since then, I’ve dedicated myself to proving that plant-based cooking can be every bit as comforting, delicious, and satisfying as the food we grew up with. For me, being a chef isn’t just about the food—it’s about sharing it with friends, family, and even complete strangers, bringing people together over meals that are kind, flavorful, and made with love.
Now I want to share this with you! I’ve been offering my cooking on a small scale for the last five years, but I’m ready to make this a bigger part of my future. My goal is to bring the joy of vegan food to more tables, more celebrations, and more everyday lives.
